The team
The team at Adept includes nine designers and / or web developers and three support staff - all of whom are dedicated to making your project a success, however big or small.
Working as a team, we ensure all projects get the maximum creative, technical and marketing skills in place for our clients from day one, getting the absolute best from us at the end of the project. It's all about teamwork.
Adept's project management system means the team works very closely together. This ensures there is always someone available to answer questions about a client's current project.
Derek - Managing Director
Derek, the founder of Adept, combines his experience with the youth and ambition of the Adept team to continue to push the boundaries in design. He keeps creativity levels fresh, modern and appropriate to a project.
Ben - Marketing Director
Ben's aim is for Adept to be one of the top design agencies in the UK, working hand in hand with clients on projects and proving that good design does not just come out of London.
Dan - Head of Web
Dan helps to ensure that creativity is not lost when it is developed online. His expertise offers clients the most relevant and cutting edge internet technology.
Doug - Director / Web designer
Doug's track record has helped set Adept apart as an agency which regularly delivers well designed, well developed and well thought through websites.
Will - Web developer
Will is an important part of Adepts web team, playing an important role in the development of many of our major projects.
Laurence - Web designer/developer
Laurence recently joined Adept, adding design and development capacity to our growing web team.
Richard - Designer/Flash developer
Richard works closely with our web team, bringing a fresh approach and new ideas both for now and in the future.
Louisa - Web Designer

Mark brings high levels of creativity and experience to our designs. He loves a challenge, having worked on numerous national advertising campaigns.

Behind the scenes
Adept is fortunate to have three committed support staff. Liz, Carrie and Alison oversee all print and media buying to ensure projects are on schedule and always meet deadlines.
