Social Care TV

The Social Care TV site was recently produced for one of our existing clients, bringing their extensive portfolio of DVD video content to an e-learning platform.

This fully automated service allows customers to buy credits to access training material and manage employee training through a secure online interface. Trainees watch short videos taking small tests after each segment. On completion of the course the trainee can download a certificate showing their score on the course. Certificates are also emailed to their manager and stored in their online account.

In order to protect the video content, a sophisticated authentication system was employed to ensure only authorised and enrolled customers could access the videos, and only for the designated time period. The system integrated with HSBC Merchant Services to handle credit card payments automatically and securely.
